Customer service is a top priority for Smoldt Moving & Storage. The military and Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) tracks every shipment we deliver. Each transportation service provider (TSP) is given a score based on the shipment’s on-time pickup, on-time delivery and occurrences of loss or damage — our goal is to provide nothing short of a “perfect” score.
Fully Trained Drivers:
There's nothing basic when it comes to the training our drivers receive before they hit the road. They’re specially trained to handle military shipments and their performance is continually monitored by the military and an internal Driver Quality Program. In addition, we provide guaranteed compensation and performance-based incentive pay to promote excellent service.
