We are second generation co-owners and are agents for Wheaton World Wide Moving. We are a full service residential and long distance household goods mover that provide services such as packing, furniture relocation, loading, hauling, office moves, and storage services in the Des Moines and Omaha metropolitan areas. Partnering with Wheaton World Wide Moving, we provide services throughout the United States as well as international moving. We are your best choice for a moving company in Des Moines and Omaha.
For seven consecutive years, Smoldt Moving & Storage has received the top quality award from industry leader Wheaton World Wide Moving. In 2006, we also received Wheaton’s highest honors as Agent of the Year - quite an honor for a moving company in Des Moines.
In 2004, we built a 15,000 square foot, temperature controlled warehouse that is state of the art, clean, and secure. Our warehouse is located on the north side of Des Moines near Ankeny. Just recently, we added a second facility in Omaha, Nebraska that is also a 15,000 square foot new warehouse.
